The 32nd International Day of Disability was celebrated with grandeur in the Sinja area of ​​Jumla with the main slogan of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and solidarity with the inclusion and leadership of people with disabilities.

Satya Narayan Yagi, President of Disability Empowerment Center Jumla, who celebrated the day with various programs at Narakot, which is considered the main center of Sinja region, organized by the Disability Empowerment Center Jumla said.

According to him, Plan Nepal’s financial assistance, CAD Nepal and the facilitation of Sinja Rural Municipality were celebrated with grandeur. He said that people with disabilities should be supported and loved.

More than 100 people with disabilities held placards in their hands and marched around the market, passing through the office of Sinja rural municipality and opening the program at Sinja Valley Hotel.

Competing to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, with the main slogan of inclusion of disabled people and solidarity with leadership, let’s end violence based on disability and gender, dignified life is our right, for all disabled people.
